A rich heritage in carbon composites

Fluid composites ltd. was formed in 2020 as a centre of innovation and excellence in all things composite. Our in house capabilites allow us to provide turnkey solutions to todays challenges. Working closely with our clients, we are able to offer end to end services from initial design consultation and viability studies to component tooling and end product manufacture.

Our experience in composites has helped us to quickly establish a global presence in the marine sector with our International Moth design. 2023 sees us expanding in to other sectors alongside marine as we move towards ISO9001 certification.

We deliver CAD, CNC, DFM, FEA, Tooling, Component Manufacture using wet lay, Infusion, out of clave pre preg and pressed carbon.

In Q3 of 2022 we continue to push towards a greener solution with several trials taking place with recycled carbon and it’s application alongside higher bio content resisn systems.
